The Vancouver Ice Dance Academy is directed by 2011 Skate Canada Competitive Coaches of the Year, Megan Wing and Aaron Lowe. Wing & Lowe are 2006 Olympians, five-time World Competitors, 11-time Canadian National medalists and two-time Four Continents Championship medalists. They have been coaching since 1991 and coaching full-time at the Centre of Excellence at Burnaby 8-Rinks since 2007. 

In addition to their international competitive and coaching experience, both Megan and Aaron are National Level Technical Specialists (since 2006) and Level 4 NCCP Certified Coaches. Megan has an MA in Psychology and Aaron has his MA in Human Kinetics. They currently have 6 competitive dance teams and will have teams at internationals including both Senior Grand Prix and Junior Grand Prix assignments. In 2012, their ice dance teams took home six of the nine possible ice dance medals at the Canadian National Championships.
